We love diversity, we love weird, we love purple cows. To "Add A Comma," is to be different, unique and remarkable. We literally have a "," in our name, "Warmly,".
Adding a comma is something that Warmsters do in their work, in their Zoom backgrounds, in their connecting to one another and in their personal lives too.
We pride ourselves on our collaborative natures and culture, and we are driven by a common purpose. There is a genuine understanding at Warmly of the power and necessity of each person’s contribution and that our accomplishments have no single origin.
The team has traveled together to Hawaii, Alaska and beyond and we share in our collective victories, but especially our collective failures.
Everyone has a unique background and faces different challenges, which can be headwinds or windfalls. We like to focus more on where you’re going, and how you’re getting there, than on where you’re starting or are at the moment.
This is a slight math joke: your slope (your rate of learning) is more important than where you start (your experience). We believe whoever learns the fastest, wins. Over time, the fast-learner overtakes even the wisest of people.
We believe deeply in understanding ourselves: what is behind our thoughts, actions, and reactions. To make mistakes, own them, and accept them in others, and work better together for it.
To know thyself is have a low enough ego to be confident in your areas to be improved. Your Warmleader (we don't use the term "manager" here) will help you identify these areas and importantly, to work with you to double down on your strengths.
Join our herd of purple cows to create better buyer and seller experiences of the future.
In late 2019, cofounders Max, Alan and Carina quit their jobs at Google to start Warmly. Their first product, a digital business card platform called PushPull, was developed around helping people make authentic connections.Between 2019 and 2021, the cofounders completed every accelerator in the book including On Deck Fellowship, Techstars Boulder, Y-combinator and the Sequoia Company Design Program.
By the end of 2020, they had transformed PushPull into TrackAdvocates, a platform that helped sales & customer success teams build authentic relationships with new customersAt the turn of 2021, they evolved the product again, expounding upon their mission of helping sales & customer success teams build authentic relationships to helping all professionals build relationships across all stakeholders.
Their new, bolder product, Warmly Nametags, launched in the Zoom App store in May 2021, achieving almost 30,000 users in just a few months. From 2021-2022, the cofounders explored various monetization paths for Nametags, ultimately landing on Enterprise sales.
At the end of 2022, the cofounders pivoted once again to move beyond being a single product company to tell the bigger story of being a Warm Leads platform, helping GTM teams find, qualify and close Warm Leads. In perhaps their proudest pivot yet, their 2024 Objective is to build an autonomous revenue orchestration platform that helps revenue teams find the best warm leads and automatically convert them while they’re still warm.
