One of your users has requested access to Warmly’s Zoom Application. As they will need your approval to use it, we wanted to provide you with some background information on how we handle the data and security of our users.

First, a little bit about us. Warmly is a tool that provides instant insights on the people you meet on Zoom.  Users gain access to publicly available information on their upcoming meeting attendees consolidated intuitively on Warmly.

Warmly has established its security program based on industry best practices and has policies that define the actions required to secure Warmly, both technical and non-technical. We have an established governance model that includes operations, engineering, and senior leadership in order to address security threats and effectively communicate security within our organization and to our clients. We don’t sell or share any of our user’s information with third parties.
